At Richmond and Norfolk offices, our goals are to:

• Process regulatory and financial documents within 2 working days
• Routinely involve our physicians in study procedures and the care of patients
• Diligently follow written SOPs to assure compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines
• Assure that our research coordinators are certified
• Meet or exceed study enrollment goals within the time frame given
• Efficiently enroll subjects such that at least 70% qualify for randomization
• Assure that at least 80% of randomized subjects complete the trial
• Complete study documents within 3 working days of the subject’s visit
• Maintain consistently accurate and complete study records with a low query rate
• Return sponsor and subject phone calls within 30 minutes
• Provide private office space for CRAs with fax, phone and high-speed internet access
