Brief Summary: This study is comparing a marketed medication to an investigational medication that is being developed for the treatment of menopausal symptoms and the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

Generally healthy, postmenopausal female

Intact uterus

Patient Commitment Duration: 54 weeks
