If you have a decreased desire for intimacy, you may actually have a condition known as Hypoactive Sexual Desire Disorder (HSDD). HSDD is common in women of all ages and is identified by the decrease or absence of romantic fantasies and desire for intimacy. |

- Have a decrease of sexual desire or interest.
- Must be in a stable relationship with one man for at least the past 12 months.
- Must be willing to discuss sexual concerns with medical study staff.

- Surgically menopausal (uterus and ovaries removed)
- On a stable dose of estrogens for at least 3 months
- In a stable, monogamous, heterosexual relationship for at least 1 year

- Postmenopausal (have not had a period for 12 months), naturally or due to removal of both ovaries and fallopian tubes prior to natural menopause
- Have a least one cardiovascular risk factor
- Willing to participate in this study for 5 years
